Our New Planner Training
Program is designed to help new candidates reach the most
professionally
standard and practice in the industry. It consists of two
components:
 Group
Instruction Sessions - Client Builder Process
One-on-one
Mentorship
Program runs for 12
weeks and includes: 12 Client Builder Sessions (2.5 hours each), 4
Product
Training Sessions (2 hours each).

I recently completed the 12 week VPDP course offered by CBS and I
found it to be both helpful and practical as a new advisor in the
business. Tony Bosch, the instructor, is an excellent communicator
and he presents the material in a clear and organized manner. He is
always approachable, and offers ideas and solutions to the many
unique situations advisors find themselves in. Although there was a
plan to follow each week, Tony was always open to straying a bit
from the plan to accommodate our questions and concerns. The CBS
online video library is extremely helpful, offering everything from
role-playing scenarios to networking tips.
Tony incorporates humour into the VPDP sessions as well; an element
